Inma Saranova is a journalist with a doctorate in development cooperation. Born in Soria, she grew up in Albacete and has lived in Valencia, Seville, Slovenia and Costa Rica. Since settling in Ibiza 10 years ago, she has alternated her career as a journalist at Onda Cero, Ara Balears and the Strambotic column of Diario Público with cultural activism and environmental research work. As the coordinator of IbizaPreservation’s Sustainability Observatory, she authored the annual Ibiza Sustainability Reports of 2019 and 2020. As of October 2021, she begins a new stage as the executive director of the foundation.
