Inma Saranova
Executive Director

Inma Saranova

Inma Saranova is a journalist with a doctorate in development cooperation. Born in Soria, she grew up in Albacete and has lived in Valencia, Seville, Slovenia and Costa Rica. Since settling in Ibiza 10 years ago, she has alternated her career as a journalist at Onda Cero, Ara Balears and the Strambotic column of Diario Público with cultural activism and environmental research work. As the coordinator of IbizaPreservation’s Sustainability Observatory, she authored the annual Ibiza Sustainability Reports of 2019 and 2020. As of October 2021, she begins a new stage as the executive director of the foundation.

Cristina Ramón Guasch

Cristina Ramón Guasch

Cristina was born in Ibiza and has a deep affinity with the natural environment of the island. Her desire to play an active part in driving change led her to live and work in the NGO sector in various countries including India, Germany, Greece and Myanmar. A true all-rounder, she is a physiotherapist by training with a Masters in Humanitarian Project Management, as well as a certified coach and author.

Kate Benyon-Tinker
Communications Manager

Kate Benyon-Tinker

Kate joined IbizaPreservation as Communications Manager in January 2020, having moved to the island a few months earlier. She previously worked for more than 15 years as an award-winning international news producer for the BBC and NBC, among others. She has a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University and speaks fluent Spanish.
