Applicable regulations
The IbizaPreservation Foundation is governed by the will of its Founders as reflected in its Statutes, by the provisions established by the Board of Trustees for their interpretation and development, by the provisions of Law 50/2002 of 26 December on Foundations, especially by the provisions established for foundations in the state public sector, by Royal Decree 1337/2005 of 11 November which approves the Regulations for foundations under state jurisdiction or the rules that replace them and, finally, by any other provisions that may be applicable.

Organisational structure
Strategic Plan
The 2026-2030 Strategic Plan is the tool by which IbizaPreservation sets out how the Foundation aims to deliver on its mission, defining strategic objectives for the coming years and how they will be achieved.
2026 Action Plan
The 2026 Action Plan includes the actions, objectives and indicators laid out for the financial year within the framework of the Strategic Plan.
