Responsible tourism
Promoting responsible tourism
For a socially equitable, environmentally respectful and economically sustainable tourism model
In a location like Ibiza, with its limited territory and resources, it is increasingly important for sustainability to be a key pillar of the tourism sector, the island’s main economic motor.
Ibiza cannot sustain tourism that damages the environment and the ecosystem, or that puts local culture and heritage at risk. For this reason, IbizaPreservation has launched a guide for tourists*, as well as a commitment for businesses in the sector, in order to guarantee that everyone can enjoy the island in a safe and responsible way.
The guide is also available to download in Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish, and Catalan.
