Annual Report 2021
“New Beginnings” is the theme of our annual report for 2021, a year that saw the Foundation begin to emerge from the difficulties brought on by the Covid pandemic. We also said goodbye to our Executive Director of nine years, Sandra Benbeniste, and welcomed Inma Saranova into the role.

“Rising to new challenges” is the theme of our 2020 annual report, which sets out our response to the Covid crisis. Although our fundraising capacity was impacted, the generosity of the foundation’s family of donors enabled us to continue funding our four key projects. You can also read about the various new initiatives we put in place to help the local community through the crisis.

“Measuring Our Impact” is the theme of IbizaPreservation’s 2019 annual report, which reflects the goals attained by our four key projects in the second of their three-year terms. A particular highlight of 2019 was the first ever Marine Forum of Ibiza and Formentera, which came about thanks to a group of influential local businesses and foundations, all committed to promoting marine conservation.

“Strengthening Our Foundations” is the theme of our 2018 Annual Report. 2018 represented the IPF’s 10th anniversary and a year of significant milestones on our journey to preserve Ibiza and Formentera’s land and sea. This report focuses on our four key projects going forward: Sustainability Observatory; Ibiza Produce; Plastic Free Ibiza & Formentera; and Posidonia Protection.

‘Ten Years of Preserving Ibiza and Formentera’ is the theme of the IPF’s 2017 Annual Report. In 2018 we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Ibiza Preservation Fund. This report looks back at the highlights and our many successes over the past 10 years. It includes a special feature on our cofounders – Serena Cook, William Aitken and Ben Goldsmith.

Working Together to Preserve Ibiza and Formentera” is the theme of our 2016 Annual Report. The report covers four key areas – Sea, Land, Water and Energy. It includes information on the work we’ve done with local and international partners, highlights from the year, our supporters and how you can help us.
As well as being a good read, it’s also beautiful with stunning images kindly donated by local photographers Ana Lui, Manu San Félix and Jon Izeta.
